Appliance Technician Job Duties: • Providing timely, quality diagnoses and repair of appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, freezers. • Providing timely and quality repairs of customers’ products. • Maintaining high-quality customer service and care. • Providing knowledgeable and courteous repair service. • Communicating benefits of the Value Added Services Process to the customer. What we expect: • 1+ years of professional experience • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Willingness to develop professionally • Ability to work with our customer service platform (CRM) • Have your own tools & truck • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What we offer: • Unlimited earning potential!
