What You Bring • Experience: 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC/R industry. • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with water chillers and refrigeration; Universal EPA license preferred. • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, technical communication, and a total commitment to safety. What Success Looks Like • You solve complex chiller issues efficiently while maintaining optimal energy performance. • You maintain high standards of documentation and project safety.
