Key Responsibilities Take ownership of high-voltage (HV) electrical design across offshore wind and industrial infrastructure projects, steering concepts from vision to execution. Partner closely with the Office Leader, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Act as a central node of communication—aligning internal stakeholders while engaging external technical specialists, clients, and partners. Develop and evaluate design options, providing clear, risk-informed recommendations to guide project decision-making. Lead the preparation of technical specifications for engineering works, ensuring alignment with project standards and regulatory frameworks. Identify and coordinate critical data requirements, orchestrating the sourcing and validation of key inputs for design development. Execute and oversee assigned project tasks within the electrical and broader engineering scope, maintaining quality and timeline integrity. Engage with external stakeholders to fully understand client objectives and translate them into robust, future-ready engineering solutions. Candidate Requirement (e.g. qualification, experience, etc) Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline 8-12 years experiences Experience in lead electrical engineer role is plus. Familiar with local design guidelines, standards, code of practice, statutory regulation, submission, and approval procedures to relevant authorities Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive individual who is capable to work in multi-cultural dynamic environment. Be adaptable and able to work independently, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as Korean Please note: you must already have the right to work in the country where this role is based to be considered for it.
