Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Officer to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with company goals. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, and play a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: As the Human Resources Officer, you will take ownership of several core HR functions, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Organizational Planning: Contributing to space and team structure planning to align with business growth. Performance Management: Implementing and managing systems to enhance employee performance and productivity. Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring full compliance with employment laws and company regulations. Employee Development & Training: Driving employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives. Policy Management: Leading the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment. Compensation & Benefits: Administering compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction. Employee Relations: Promoting positive employee engagement and handling issues with professionalism and fairness. · Key Objectives: Ensure the safety and well-being of the workforce. Develop and maintain a high-performing and satisfied workforce. Foster a company culture that values quality, continuous improvement, and collaboration . Requirements Development of the HR Department: Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall company vision. Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress. Help monitor and manage the annual HR budget. Human Resource Information Systems: Manage the HR section on the company’s internal platforms. Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making. Training & Development: Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs. Help design and execute company-wide training initiatives, ensuring continual skill development across teams. Employee Relations & Compensation: Foster positive employee relations, contributing to policies that drive engagement and satisfaction. Assist with compensation reviews and competitive benchmarking to ensure fair and motivating pay structures. Compliance & Legal: Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with all legal regulations and minimize risk exposure.
