Key Responsibilities: As a Learning & Development Intern, you will support the end-to-end execution of training initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to how an L&D function   operates   in a professional services environment. You will work closely with the L&D team to coordinate   programmes, manage data, and contribute to enhancing the learning experience for employees. Training Administration & Coordination • Provide administrative support for learning   programmes   and initiatives • Organize and schedule courses, including managing enrolments and   logistics • Correspond with participants,   instructors   and internal stakeholders on course details • Maintain   accurate   training records and databases Programme   & Classroom Support • Provide support for in-person and virtual classroom sessions ( e.g.   set-up, attendance tracking, materials preparation) • Assist   in the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources • Coordinate with vendors and facilitators where   required L&D Technology & Projects • Support implementation and   optimisation   of L&D technology solutions ( e.g.   Learning Management Systems, digital learning   platforms   and tools) • Participate in L&D tech-related projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives • Compile and   analyse   usage and engagement data to   identify   trends and opportunities to enhance learning solutions • Work   on documentation, workflows and simple troubleshooting related to L&D technologies Data & Reporting • Assist   in preparing management and training reports ( e.g.   attendance, feedback, completion rates) • Handle, manipulate and   analyse   training-related data responsibly • Help   monitor   learning metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement Team & Project Support • Provide ad hoc support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives • Contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement and   programme   effectiveness • Participate in internal meetings and discussions as a learning opportunity What we are looking for: • Students from any discipline are welcome to apply • Proficiency   in   Microsoft Excel • Excellent academic achievements with strong involvement in co-curricular activities • Conduct self in a professional manner and take responsibility for work and commitments. • Willing to go the extra mile • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Analytical,   agile   and adaptable to change • Handle,   manipulate   and   analyse   data and information responsibly. • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills • Meticulous and well   organised • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. • Team player and a keen learner Application Notes • Please   indicate   your first-choice role and, where applicable, a second-choice role, based on your skills, interests, and career aspirations. • Only shortlisted candidates will be notified due to the high volume of applications. • Kindly upload both your resume and academic transcript/degree audit in PDF format • Have questions?   Get in touch with   us at   [email protected] There have been reports of scammers impersonating PwC HR professionals contacting individuals about fraudulent job opportunities using non-PwC domain email addresses and an overseas number.
