Human Resources Business Partner Culligan of Minnetonka is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team! As part of our Minnetonka dealership, you will play a critical role in strengthening our workforce, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting leaders in building a high‑performing, values‑driven culture.   Role Summary Employee Relations & Performance Management Partner with leaders on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, performance issues, and corrective actions. Guide managers through goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, and performance improvement processes. Lead employee relations investigations and support disciplinary actions and separations. Identify trends and risks in employee relations and performance; recommend proactive solutions and provide coaching or training. Compliance & Risk Management Lead HR compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Manage compliance programs, audits, reporting requirements, and workforce documentation. Provide expert guidance on policy interpretation and employment‑related best practices. Oversee workplace injury, return‑to‑work, and accommodation processes. Lead the interactive accommodation process and ensure compliance with leave, disability, and employment laws. Partner with legal counsel and leadership to assess and mitigate employment‑related risks. HR Metrics & Reporting Use workforce analytics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and support business objectives. Review and interpret HR metrics with leaders to drive accountability and informed decision‑making. Analyze workforce trends to identify risks and opportunities. Measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. HR Operations & Program Management Support leaders in implementing HR programs, policies, and practices across the dealership. Provide guidance on organizational policies, workplace practices, and employee matters. Collaborate with HR partners on performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational change. Assist leaders in evaluating workforce needs and implementing people strategies that enhance employee experience. Additional Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts during high‑volume hiring periods. Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation. Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Office‑based role with regular interaction with employees and candidates. Occasional travel, including overnight stays. Prolonged sitting and computer use; occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience with strong employee relations and compliance expertise. Experience supporting multiple HR functions across multiple locations. Strong analytical skills and experience with HR reporting. Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
