For more information, please visit www.TDPfund.com. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resource and Payroll Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities with employee support and compliance initiatives. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable HR processes that support the organization's continued growth. Human Resources Manage all employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, and benefits enrollment. Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records. Develop, implement, and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials. Assist locations with employee relations issues and HR best practices. Coordinate performance review processes and employee development initiatives. Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and offer administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with HR system administration and process improvements. Maintain compliance with labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and company policies. Ensure proper documentation and retention of employee records and company policies. Payroll & Benefits Administration Process payroll accurately and timely for employees across multiple locations and states. Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment activities. Manage employee status changes, compensation updates, and deductions. Partner with leadership and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting. Required Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of Human Resources and Payroll experience. Experience processing payroll for multi-site, multi-location, or multi-unit organizations. Demonstrated experience managing employee onboarding
