TEAM OVERVIEW KKR’s Human Capital Compensation team is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting the firm’s performance-driven culture. The team works closely with senior leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and business stakeholders to develop competitive and equitable compensation strategies across base salary, incentive compensation, equity, and rewards programs. In addition to ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives, the Compensation function provides analytical insights and guidance that support workforce planning, talent decisions, and long-term business growth. POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the VP of Equity Administration, this role will provide critical support of day-to-day administration of the Firm’s Equity Award Program This is a hands-on, results-oriented individual with outstanding organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate in a complex, fast-moving environment and will require a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support day-to-day administration of the Firm’s Equity Award Program: maintaining data on the third-party administrator’s platform, annual grants, valuations for new hire awards, termination processing, preparation for and reporting related to semi-annual share delivery, and employee trading windows Contribute to process improvements and system upgrades Assist in maintaining employee equity database integrity and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all equity data Prepare reporting and respond to requests related to quarter-end and annual reporting, 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy Statements and Sec 16 filings Prepare and reconcile quarterly and custom reports on equity activity, including shares outstanding and share reserves among company records, the transfer agent and broker records Respond to requests from internal and external auditors and Finance team for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX compliance Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from within the Human Capital team and across the firm, including Finance, Legal / Compliance, and LP due diligence data requests Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels of the organization Identify opportunities to improve program communications and ed
