As a Human Capital Trainee, you will work alongside our HR team and gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations, while developing the skills needed to launch your career in human capital management. Responsibilities Gain exposure to HR policies and procedures and assist in updating related documentation. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and organize team-building activities. Assist in administering performance management processes and tools. Support training and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating sessions. Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
