Description
Kiron rolled out HubSpot as its core CRM for partner management a few months ago, and is now preparing to extend its use to learner data management as well. The team is comfortable with the basics, but as our processes and data needs evolve, we require ongoing expert support to keep the system running smoothly, adapt it to new use cases, and unlock more advanced functionality.  This includes refining pipelines, maintaining automations and integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and supporting the upcoming expansion into learner management. Instead of being a one-off implementation project , this is a long-term, part-time engagement to ensure our CRM stays clean, efficient, and aligned with our evolving organizational needs across both partner and learner use cases. As a freelance HubSpot consultant/admin,  you will provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of our existing HubSpot system — including pipeline refinements, automation workflows, integrations, and data quality — while also supporting the upcoming roll-out of HubSpot for learner data management, on a part-time, long-term basis. The ideal candidate will act as a responsive HubSpot expert who can troubleshoot issues, guide the extension into new use cases, and help the team continuously get more value out of the tool. Conduct a weekly "office hour" session to support team members with real-time HubSpot questions and issues Support with the set-up and configure HubSpot CRM , including contacts, companies, pipelines, and deal stages Build and optimize automations available on our tier (e.g. task automation, simple lead routing, email follow-ups) Assist with form setup, lead capture tools, email templates, and landing pages within Starter's capabilities Provide light training to team members on how to use HubSpot efficiently for their specific roles Configure dashboards and reports to help track performance and usage across the system Advise on best practices for CRM hygiene, data quality, and segmentation Support any integrations with third-party tools (e.g. Gmail, Slack, calendars, marketing tools) Flag opportunities for improvement as your understanding of the team’s needs evolves System context: We currently run HubSpot on the Starter tier . A key part of this role is helping us get the most out of Starter's capabilities and applying smart workarounds where needed. Familiarity with the practical limits of Starter (and how to work within them) is more important to us than experience building complex Professional-tier automations. Proven experience setting up and administering HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hub) Strong understanding of CRM strategy , lifecycle automation, and sales/marketing funnel stages Comfortable explaining HubSpot concepts and features clearly to non-technical team members Ability to troubleshoot user issues and find workarounds or best-practice solutions quickly Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote or asynchronous work environment Experience working with small teams or startups is a plus Ideally , experience with CRM integrations or API-based tools (e.g. Google, Asana) Ideally , experience in Sales Kiron is committed to empowerment and inclusion  and continuously works to create a diverse, safe, and inclusive environment.
