To strengthen our Business Unit Platform Operations, we are looking for a HubSpot Admin (m/f/d)   (Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Berlin / Full-time / Permanent contract) Your Responsibilities   Responsible for the administration of HubSpot, including CMS and CRM Creation of Website and Landing Pages within HubSpot CMS Creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and automation workflows within HubSpot CRM Close collaboration with Marketing, Lead Management, and Data teams to improve customer journeys end-to-end Analysis of website and CRM data to enhance conversion, segmentation, and process efficiency Your Profile   Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or equivalent professional experience Solid hands-on experience as a HubSpot Admin (CRM and CMS) Strong understanding of website touchpoints, data modeling, segmentation, and marketing automation Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus; experience with HubL and API integrations is advantageous A structured, solution-oriented working style combined with a collaborative and hands-on mindset Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Business-fluent English; German is a plus What We Offer Hybrid work: Flexible remote work combined with time in our Cologne office Workation: Temporarily work from within the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway Permanent contract with Europe’s trusted brand One “Self Education Day” per month 27 vacation days + 3.5 additional days off (Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Carnival) Buddy programme & structured onboarding Individual training and development opportunities Regular team, unit, and company events Health Pass (free online and offline sports, fitness, and health courses) BUILD A COMMUNITY OF TRUST WITH US – #cometotrust Not sure if you meet every requirement?
