Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact • Lead the Hub Category team in developing and executing regional material category strategies aligned with business objectives and global priorities. • Drive category strategy execution through continuous improvement initiatives, sourcing excellence, and adherence to supply chain best practices. • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators, implementing actions to achieve or surpass targets. • Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships while leading negotiations, contract management, and volume allocation decisions. • Lead sourcing risk management activities to enhance supply continuity and business resilience. • Deploy and promote industry-leading procurement tools, methodologies, and digital solutions across the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals and operational priorities. • Develop, coach, and inspire team members while supporting talent development, succession planning, and high-performance culture. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or supply chain leadership. • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a global or regional environment. • Strong supplier management, negotiation, and contract management capabilities. • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, KPI management, and sourcing strategy execution. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
