In this leadership position, you will guide a talented category management team while partnering with global and regional stakeholders to deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen supplier relationships, and enhance category maturity. You will help drive continuous improvement, implement best-in-class procurement practices, and ensure alignment between sourcing activities and business objectives. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How you'll make an impact • Lead the Hub Category team in developing and executing regional material category strategies aligned with business objectives and global priorities. • Drive category strategy execution through continuous improvement initiatives, sourcing excellence, and adherence to supply chain best practices. • Monitor and communicate key performance indicators, implementing actions to achieve or surpass targets. • Build and strengthen strategic supplier relationships while leading negotiations, contract management, and volume allocation decisions. • Lead sourcing risk management activities to enhance supply continuity and business resilience. • Deploy and promote industry-leading procurement tools, methodologies, and digital solutions across the organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals and operational priorities. • Develop, coach, and inspire team members while supporting talent development, succession planning, and high-performance culture. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or supply chain leadership. • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a global or regional environment. • Strong supplier management, negotiation, and contract management capabilities. • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives, KPI management, and sourcing strategy execution. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
