JOB PURPOSE Evaluate and manage the HSSE performance in the line of business requirements and monitor the implementation of the HSSE MS, to improve and achieve business targets. PRINCIPAL & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Reporting to the Supply and Distribution Manager, the role requires a self-starter whose main responsibilities include: Manage the RT, ERP and Crisis Management Plans, supporting the Company HSSE Manager in its testing and execution. Develop fit for purpose Emergency Response Plans for all Road Transport and Depot Operations and plan its testing and execution. Assist the contractors to develop and manage a fit for purpose HSSE Management System and implement it and preparation of the legal register. Monitor the implementation of Group Standards. Support depot team in developing and maintaining the HSSE aspects of the depot operating procedures. Play a leading role in reporting, investigations and report writing for all incidents in the line of business and keep a Remedial Action Plan tracking system.   Key Competences & Traits Incident management Strong people management skills Good communication skills Good understanding of Risk Management Framework  Requirements HSSE Job Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience: Essential Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related field 3+ Years post qualification relevant work experience Sound knowledge of Road Transport Operations and Depot Operations. Understanding of HSSE Issues and Practices A demonstrated ability in managing change and relationship with people, especially Government bodies and other key stakeholders.
