Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Indonesia business by delivering  end-to-end HR support , covering  recruitment, business partnering, and office administration . This role works closely with business leaders to support organisational growth, workforce planning, and people operations, while ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with local HR practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment  Manage  end-to-end recruitment  for Indonesia roles, including high-volume hiring where required. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and role requirements. Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and direct outreach. Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding processes. Track recruitment pipelines, hiring progress, and key recruitment metrics. 2. HR Business Partnering Act as the primary HR contact for business leaders and employees in Indonesia. Support managers on day-to-day HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Advise managers on HR policies, processes, and local labour practices. Support implementation of group or regional HR initiatives at the local level. Assist in organisational changes, role design, and people-related planning. 3. Office Administration & Operations Oversee  office administration and coordination  for the Jakarta office. Manage office vendors, facilities, and supplies. Support onboarding logistics (workspace setup, access, equipment). Coordinate internal activities, meetings, and basic office operations. Maintain office records and administrative documentation. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Support HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation. Ensure HR practices comply with  Indonesia labour regulations  and internal guidelines. Coordinate with payroll and external vendors where required.
