Linking Humans is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to join a growing Employee Experience and Transformation practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with major public sector organisations, helping them modernise HR functions, improve employee experience, and deliver large-scale organisational transformation programmes.

The Role As an HR Transformation Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across government and public sector organisations.
Working as part of multidisciplinary consulting teams, you’ll help clients redesign HR services, improve operating models and implement lasting organisational change.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting HR transformation projects across HR, Finance and Procurement functions.
• Analysing existing operating models and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conducting workforce analysis, organisational assessments and process reviews.
• Designing future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitating client workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Producing high-quality documentation, including business cases, process maps, recommendations and executive presentations.
• Using research, benchmarking and data analysis to support evidence-based decision making.
• Supporting proposal writing, bids and business development activities.
• Contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing and practice development.

You’ll also have:
• Experience delivering transformation programmes within the UK Public Sector or another highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
• The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative consulting mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location This role is based in London, Manchester or Glasgow with hybrid working. Occasional travel to client sites across the UK will be required.
Security Requirements Due to the nature of the projects, applicants must be eligible to obtain SC Security Clearance. This typically requires continuous UK residency for the previous five years and meeting the relevant government clearance criteria.
