Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a top-tier leading international law firm to hire a dynamic HR Specialist to support the APAC region. Key Responsibilities • Deliver full-spectrum HR Generalist support across APAC • Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate functions (up to Manager level) • Oversee compensation & benefits and payroll coordination • Maintain and optimise HRIS systems (including Workday) • Partner closely with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and processes • Ensure compliance with regional employment practices and policies • Direct reporting to HR Manager Requirements • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (essential) • 4-5 years of HR Generalist experiences • Strong exposure to recruitment, C&B, payroll, and HRIS • Prior experience in law firm / legal sector is highly preferred • Hands-on knowledge of Workday or similar HR systems • Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regional role For a confidential discussion, please contact: Jane Huang [email protected] WhatsApp: +852 9220 6067 Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
