Overview The Human Resources Representative, Employee Relations provides administrative support for the employee relations function within Human Resources. This position is responsible for reviewing, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information in various systems. The Human Resources Representative plays a key role in supporting the leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes, employee event planning, and providing customer service for the department, serving as a resource, providing guidance regarding policies, procedures and systems.
