About Ahti Interiors Ahti Interiors is a design-led sanitaryware and fittings company serving architects, interior designers, property developers, hospitality groups, and high-end residential projects. With operations across Indonesia and international markets, Ahti combines European quality standards with a strong connection to design, craftsmanship, and Bali. We are looking for a practical and highly organised HR & Recruitment Specialist who can manage both day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end recruitment as the company continues to grow. Tasks The HR & Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for approximately: • 50% recruitment and talent acquisition • 50% HR operations and employee support This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing recruitment directly while also handling employee documentation, onboarding, performance processes, policies, attendance, employee relations, and general HR administration. The successful candidate should be able to work independently, advise managers confidently, and build structured HR processes without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Onboarding and Offboarding HR Operations and Administration Performance Management Employee Relations HR Reporting and Process Improvement Requirements • Experience in HR, recruitment, or a combined HR and recruitment role. • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment. • Experience conducting candidate screening and structured interviews. • Practical experience with onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave, probation, and performance processes.Experience supporting employee relations or disciplinary matters. • Good understanding of Indonesian employment practices and BPJS administration. • Experience working with managers and employees across different levels of an organisation. • Sufficient English to communicate professionally, prepare documents, and participate in meetings.
