We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry . 📍 Location: Masr El Gedida, Cairo Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions. • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels. • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles. Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Benefits social and medical insurance
