Because here, you will work in an international environment with open communication, career development opportunities, and a strong corporate culture. • Manage personnel evaluation and development processes • Conduct face-to-face meetings and interviews • Ensure smooth employee onboarding • Contribute to employee motivation initiatives • Support corporate culture development activities • Assist in employment, position transfers/rotations/dismissals • Participate in organizing corporate events • Maintain and update the company’s staff database • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies • At least 3 years of Human Resources Management experience (preferably in the IT industry) • HR interviewing experience • Full cycle HR experience in adaptation, motivation, development, and retention • Experience in creating and updating company policies • Upper-Intermediate level of English WILL BE A PLUS • Ability to learn quickly • Experience working in a multitasking environment • Self-driven approach • Positive thinking and open-minded attitude PERSONAL PROFILE • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills • Highly self-driven and ownership-oriented • Excellent communicator and collaborator • Adaptable to fast-changing market conditions
