Job description As an HR officer, you are the beating heart of our team. Your responsibilities • Setting up and maintaining the HR structure and employee handbook. • Managing sick leave and improving absence processes. • Coordinating the recruitment process and actively supporting the hiring of new colleagues. • Acting as a point of contact for all employees. • Organizing team outings, holiday events, and other staff activities. • Developing a performance review system that encourages and supports talent growth. • Arranging holiday gifts, company clothing, and other HR-related matters. • Monitoring expiring contracts and taking timely action to ensure continuity. • Identifying improvements in HR processes and proposing more efficient solutions. What we ask of you • A completed degree in HR or a related field. • 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role. • Knowledge of current HR tools and practices. • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
