About the role
Passionate about people, processes, and creating a great employee experience? Ready to combine operational excellence with a broad and hands-on HR role? We're looking for an HR Generalist to strengthen our HR team in Kruibeke.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for a wide range of HR activities, including HR administration, recruitment, learning & development, and backup payroll support. You'll help ensure smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to HR projects, digitalization initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Expect real responsibility, the opportunity to make your voice heard, and the chance to work within an ambitious and forward-thinking team. You'll support an environment full of engineers, specialists, and problem solvers—people who value quality, collaboration, and getting things right. Whether you're coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR administration, supporting employee development initiatives, or acting as a backup for payroll processes, you'll play a key role in helping our people and organization succeed.
We'd love to hear how your expertise, energy, and ideas can help us build the next chapter of space together.
