This is an important generalist HR role with full responsibility for managing the entire HR function. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, training, compensation and benefits. The well-established business has grown considerably over the past five years and is now looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to help anchor its values and support continued development. The successful HR Manager will be part of a collaborative operations team, working independently, while engaging closely with ultra-intelligent and skilled colleagues across the organisation.
