Role overview The HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management.  They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the global frameworks, as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies.   Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:   People & Culture Strategy   Work with the EMEA and global teams  to   localise  People & Culture strategies and tactics  to ensure maximum impact and engagement.   Monitor,  analys e  and provide  insights  regarding  ‘ organisational  health ’,   People & Culture KPIs and metrics  that can form part of the wider EMEA P&C strategies  or operational improvements .   Employee Experience   Second  point of contact for HR  advice  to  managers and team members   escalating matters to the  People  Experience  Director  or HR Business Partner where needed.   Work with the EMEA  payroll , benefits  &  administration team s  to ensure HR  administration ,  benefits,  policies  and processes  are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the  SharkNinja’s  culture and  mindset .  Responsible for  local  communication  regarding  new policies and processes.   Management of employee relation s  matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to  the  countries in their scope .  Conduct informal and formal investigations or processes, in a  compliant,  consistent  and fair man ner.   Drive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of the  local  teams.   Organise  and  participate  in regional employee events and activities.   Talent Management     Employee onboarding, ensuring  all new   team members understand the SN mindset and how we  operate   in order to  accelerate their impact on the business.   Development of line manager capability through coaching,  mentoring  and other management development capabili
