We are currently looking for HR Manager, Germany , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our local organization and ensure compliance with German labor law and corporate HR policies. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration Oversee end-to-end HR operations (employment contracts, onboarding, probation management, offboarding) Ensure compliance with local Labor Code and local collective agreements Manage payroll coordination with external providers Maintain accurate HR records and reporting Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment activities for commercial, technical, and support functions Develop local employer branding initiatives Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely talent acquisition Manage relationships with recruitment agencies Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Manage employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and terminations Support collective negotiations when applicable Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Performance & Talent Management Implement performance management frameworks aligned with HQ Support annual appraisal and bonus review processes Identify training and development needs Drive employee engagement initiatives Compensation & Benefits Support salary benchmarking and compensation review Manage local benefits programs (insurance, pension, meal vouchers, etc.) Ensure compliance with social security and tax requirements HR Strategy & Reporting Provide HR insights and workforce planning support to management Prepare HR reports and headcount analysis Support organizational restructuring when required 💼 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance. Experience managing employee relations. Fluent German and English required. Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.
