THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS • Working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch • Free onsite parking • Company pension • Cycle to work scheme • Enhanced holiday allowance • Employee support program • Salary Competitive • Company car allowance THE ROLE & DUTIES As the HR Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to: • Be responsible for the management, coordination and processing of the whole payroll process • Ensure best practice & compliant with employment legislation • Provide HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees • Coaching managers through policies and procedures as required • Manage the recruitment process • Manage the time and attendance, face recognition and holiday systems • Keep HR KPIs up to date and report to Management on monthly basis • Organise all company H&S training • Support CEO and CFO with solid HR advice on complex and sensitive ER issues Do you have substantial generalist HR Experience including payroll, change management and managing ER issues?
