We are looking to recruit a HR Manager / HR Lead for our client, based in the social care services, based in Co Carlow. It is a new position and will allow the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key part in the company’s growth and shape the HR function, you will be well supported. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably within healthcare, nursing home, social care or related industries. Key Responsibilities • Recruitment & Onboarding • HR Operations • Employee Relations • Compliance & Reporting Minimum requirements: • Third-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3 years’ HR experience, preferably within healthcare, nursing home, or social care settings. • Proven experience managing recruitment and employee relations matters. • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
