About Lucid
At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our “Compromise Nothing™” approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.
We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility. We’re looking for a proactive and creative HR & Internal Communications Intern to support our European HR team across both core HR operations and internal communications initiatives. This hybrid internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and internal communications in an international corporate environment. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and Internal Communications stakeholders to support day-to-day activities, contribute to process improvements, and help shape clear, engaging internal communication across our European organization.
What you’ll do

Help HR Business Partners respond to employee questions related to HR policies, processes, and benefits
Support benefits administration and coordination with employees and vendors
Prepare HR materials such as presentations, reports, and meeting documents
HR projects & process improvement
Support projects focused on improving HR processes, automation, and employee experience
Help collect data and insights to improve HR workflows and reporting

Internal communications & engagement
Draft, edit, and publish internal communications via channels such as Microsoft Teams, email, and intranet
Maintain and update intranet content and internal communication pages
Create content such as templates, announcements, short newsletters, and presentations
Partner with HR and other teams to turn updates into clear, employee-friendly messages
Bring ideas to improve engagement, communication flow, and message consistency

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in HR and internal communications and has already had some exposure to both (through coursework, a previous internship, a student job, university projects, a student association, or similar).
Demonstrated interest in HR and internal communications / employee engagement (you can explain why you want this combination)
Some prior exposure to both areas (HR + communications) through projects, part-time work, or internships
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (clear, structured, audience-friendly writing)
Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Proactive and reliable: able to take ownership with guidance and follow through consistently
Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
