What You'll Do 🎯   Support Campus Recruitment Activities • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing campus recruitment programs, career fairs, networking events, and university engagement activities. 🤝   Coordinate Recruitment & Administrative Affairs • Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment-related coordination activities. • Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team throughout the hiring process. • Involve in the automation of interview scheduling and onboarding processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and enhance candidate experience. 🚀   Drive Employer Branding Initiatives • Contribute creative ideas and content for employer branding campaigns across social media and recruitment platforms. • Support the creation of engaging materials that showcase our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities. 💡   Participate in Local HR activities • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams on employee engagement-related programs and any process improvement initiatives. Who We're Looking For • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. *Open for Engineering students who are passionate in connecting with people. • Intern student who can stay with us longer than 6 month is preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and social media. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). • Passionate about connecting people with opportunities and building great candidate experiences.
