We are seeking a people-driven, energetic HR Generalist to join us in building the HR function for a new site from the ground up. As HR Generalist, you will work closely with the HR Manager and site leadership to establish effective, compliant, and employee-focused HR processes that support a successful launch and sustainable growth. You will contribute to the implementation of HR systems, policies, and ways of working in line with applicable legislation, while providing trusted support to managers and colleagues across the site. Your responsibilities will span onboarding, employee administration, frontline recruitment support, payroll support in collaboration with an external HRS service, and day-to-day HR guidance for both new and existing employees.
