Your Responsibilities: As a member of the Ibéria local HR team and the on-site representative of the HR Lead Iberia (based in Porto), you will be the trusted HR point of contact for Spain. You will own the day-to-day management of local employee and labor relations, be a credible and reliable partner to people, managers and ensure a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, working in close coordination with the HR Lead Iberia and other HR Operations Team colleagues (one dedicated to France and another one dedicated to Ibéria, focused on Payroll). Your primary scope is Spain. • Employee & Labor Relations (Comité de Empresa) : act as the HR point of contact for employee representatives and the Workers’ Council (Comité de Empresa), coordinating consultations, communications and meetings in accordance with Spanish labor legislation, at both individual and collective level. • Trusted HR partner on site : be the reliable, credible point of contact for managers and senior/top leaders based in Madrid on Spain-scope topics, advising on HR policies and people matters and escalating to the HR Lead Iberia when appropriate. • Sensitive & complex cases (support) : prepare, document and support the handling of sensitive situations (disciplinary matters, individual conflicts, prelitigation), in coordination with and under the arbitration of the HR Lead Iberia. • Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Lifecycle : manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction experience and coordinate employee transitions and offboarding for Spain (and Portugal as backup). • Employee Support & HR Administration : serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters (policies, procedures, leaves, benefits), prepare HR documentation (addendums, letters, certificates) and ensure compliance with local labor regulations, liaising with the payroll provider. • Training & PRL Compliance: coordinate Prevention and Risk Prevention (PRL) and other mandatory local compliance training in Spain, in partnership with the Learning & Development team, and follow up on medical check-ups. What We're Looking For: Experience : 3-4 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist or local HRBP roles, ideally in an international environment, with proven autonomy acting as the local relay of a remote manager. • Employee & Labor Relations : solid, hands-on experience of Spanish individual and collective labor relations, including direct interaction with the Comité de Empresa and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. • Labor Law : strong working knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and ability to run the full HR/employee lifecycle in Spain. • Stakeholder Credibility : confident, credible and reliable when interacting with managers, senior leaders, employee representatives and external partners; ex
