Learn more: www.eltekholding.com About the Role We are seeking a   proactive, structured, and hands-on HR Generalist with strong recruitment expertise   to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position. In this role, you will contribute to a   global HR function , supporting multiple portfolio companies and working with an internationally distributed workforce. You will play a key role in driving recruitment activities while strengthening HR processes and systems. Success in this position requires strong   planning, ownership, and execution capabilities   in a dynamic and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage   end-to-end recruitment processes , including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and agency collaboration • Support the development and continuous improvement of   HR systems, tools, and processes   at group level • Ensure   accurate HR data management , including system maintenance and GDPR compliance • Deliver   HR reporting   and maintain employee documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Contribute to   policy development and compliance   across multiple countries and business units • Advise and support managers and employees on   HR matters, policies, and local employment regulations • Facilitate HR initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and internal engagement events Ideal Profile • HR Generalist experience with a   strong focus on recruitment • Experience working in a   global, multi-country environment • Familiarity with HR systems such as   BambooHR, HiBob, or Workday   (experience with AI-enabled tools is an advantage) • Highly   structured and organized , with strong planning and prioritization skills • Proactive, self-driven , and accountable for results • Strong   communication and stakeholder management   skills Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum   3+ years of relevant experience • International exposure and strong intercultural understanding • Solid knowledge of   employment law • Strong project management and execution capabilities • Proficiency in   MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) What We Offer • A unique opportunity to work across   multiple companies, industries, and international markets • A highly international, collaborative, and dynamic work environment • Broad exposure to HR topics across the organization • Opportunities for   long-term development and potential permanent employment • Competitive benefits package including pension, insurance, and subsidized meals Application Process Application Deadline:   19 July We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage early submission.
