Key Responsibilities Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding Advise and coach managers on employee relations and HR policies Maintain all employee documentation, contracts and HR records in compliance with legislation Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking and payroll input preparation Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive remote working culture Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and documentation Requirements 4+ years of generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or HiBob CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is advantageous Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels What We Offer R28,000/month 100% remote, UK business hours Career growth and professional development Exposure to leading UK businesses and practices Remote Recruitment – connecting top South African talent with UK employers.
