Remote, Philippines. Full-time, exempt. Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST.An HR Generalist is needed to support HR functions closely alongside the HR Manager and VP of HR. This role covers HR policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, and employment law compliance. A strong background in US Human Resources management is required.ResponsibilitiesImplement HR programs covering talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and labor relations.Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate new hire onboarding, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HRIS and auditing for accuracy and compliance.Provide HR advisory service to employees on absence, health issues, conduct, capability, grievance matters, and organizational change.Assist in communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart; contribute to policy development.Organize hard and soft copies of employee records.Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights.Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries on onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR matters.Educate employees on HR processes and policies.Other duties and projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsCompany-sponsored HMO plan with option to add dependents15 paid time off days, accrual basisPaid holidaysAdvancement opportunities
