To Apply for this Job Click Here Job Title: Group HR Generalist Responsible to: Head of Group Development Main Purpose of Job: Our clients company are currently recruiting for a Group HR Generalist, in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm. This role is office based in one of our clients site locations Ballina, Sligo, or Galway The role: The successful candidate will be required to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to our clients management team and employees. The role involves working with all employees across 11 sites in Ballina, Sligo, Galway and Letterkenny. Role Responsibilities: • Supporting Recruitment and Selection and liaising with Third Parties to attract talent – Advertising roles, manage careers inbox, schedule interviews, prepare interview pack (via outlook calendar), regret unsuccessful candidates, file interview notes • Managing HR administration of the group e.g. starter packs, medicals, filing of employee data etc to ensure compliance with GDPR and employment legislation • Employment Relations – conducting and training managers on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances etc. • Keeping up with HR trends, continuous learning and sharing knowledge within HR team • Inputting and updating data onto IT systems e.g. Personal data, starters, leavers, changes • Run reports and analyse data e.g., return to work meetings are submitted to HR, sick leave and workflow updated by managers • Regular communication and response in a timely manager with line managers and their teams • As part of the HR team, you may be required to work in accordance with the operational needs of the company. This includes flexibility during company events and other HR requirements • Travel across sites and events as per Group needs • Building relationships and trust is a fundamental element of this role, maintaining a consistent approach is required The person: Skills and Competencies: • Diploma in HR preferable but not essential • Minimum of 2-years experience in a similar role is essential • Up to date knowledge of employment legislation required • Confidentiality and Professionalism is an essential requirement • Excellent communication skills, including ability to empathise • Present a consistently professional image through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Email) • Full Driving License is essential To Apply for this Job Click Here
