Role Overview Produce, refine, and localize Human Resources documents in French that will be used as high-quality, real-world input for next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on creating accurate HR policies, templates, and materials for large, complex organizations, while collaborating with customer teams to close documentation gaps. No prior AI experience is required, your HR domain expertise is the core qualification.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, review, and optimize a variety of HR documents, policies, and templates in French, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Apply HR subject matter expertise to inform the development of AI training data and to evaluate AI-generated HR content.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify documentation gaps and recommend best-practice improvements.
• Provide constructive feedback and insights to raise the quality of AI-related HR outputs.
• Communicate clearly in both French and English with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation aligns with the needs of global, Fortune 500-level organizations and complies with industry standards.
Qualifications
• Native-level proficiency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience producing and managing HR documentation within large, complex organizations.
• Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.
• Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Preferred: located in the United States or possessing a deep understanding of U.S.-based HR practices.
• Preferred: experience training or mentoring others in HR documentation best practices.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-driven HR solutions.
