University of California, Irvine is hiring an HR Client Services Director for UCI Health. The director will develop and lead high-quality HR services aligned with business strategy, manage HR Business Partners and Generalists, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations while delivering excellent customer service to UCI Health system clients. Highlights • Lead and manage integrated HR service delivery supporting UCI Health system clients. • Directly oversee HR Business Partners and Generalists to meet client needs and expectations. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, personnel procedures, and regulations. • Develop and execute HR policies affecting operations and organization-wide functions. • Required expertise in university HR management information systems, employee relations, and compensation. • Strong communication, management, coaching, and consultative skills across all staff levels. • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree and HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. • At least 10 years of progressively broad HR experience with 3 years in a managerial or director role. • Experience and knowledge in medical center organizations and unionized environments needed. • Annual salary range: $123,000 to $237,800.
