Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead Location: On-site Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Department: Human Resources Reports to: Director of Operations Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and clients. The role involves driving HR strategy, managing stakeholder relationships, leading HR initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business goals and people practices. The HRBP Lead will also serve as a key point of contact for client communication and HR delivery . Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership Partner with senior management and business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Guide workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement. Lead and implement HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders. Manage regular communication with clients regarding HR matters, workforce updates, escalations, and compliance issues. Participate in client meetings, calls, and reviews to ensure seamless HR support and service delivery. Address client concerns professionally and provide timely, solution-oriented responses. Employee Relations & Compliance Handle complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Support disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and corrective action processes. Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and support HR team members to ensure high performance and accountability. Review HR processes and continuously improve systems, policies, and documentation. Ensure consistency in HR practices across teams and client accounts. Performance & Talent Management Oversee performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes. Support talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to meet business needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with prior experience in an HRBP or HR leadership role. Strong experience in client-facing HR roles or managing external stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead initiatives end-to-end.
