We need a sophisticated Sr. HR Business Partner (P5) to support our U.S. Product and Engineering (R&D) teams—the technical heartbeat of our company. The Role You will be the primary HR strategist and organizational consultant for our world-class engineers, product visionaries, and cloud architects. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will partner directly with executive R&D leadership to design scalable org structures, foster technical talent density, and align people strategy with our rapid product evolution and AI roadmap.   Logistics   Location: - 820 N.
