We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner & Employee Relations Specialist to own the people agenda for Finland and contribute to our Nordic HR strategy. This is a generalist role that shapes how we build the people infrastructure that lets a fast-scaling international company operate at its best. You will work directly with senior leaders across functions, bring genuine Finnish labour law expertise to complex ER situations, and lead our push to embed AI-augmented HR practices into everyday workflows. Key Responsibilities •Drive and own the people strategy in Finland and support Finland based leadership teams •Lead workforce planning and talent intelligence build forward-looking headcount models, identify skills gaps, and give leaders the data they need before they ask for it. •Be the AI pilot lead for HR design, test, and scale AI-supported HR workflows, from performance calibration to attrition modelling. •Handle the full employee relations spectrum end-to-end including disciplinary, performance, wellbeing, change negotiation processes, and collective bargaining •Coach and develop our people leaders, run structured manager effectiveness programmes and 1:1 leadership coaching cycle that make our managers measurably better. •Build real people analytics capability design dashboards, track engagement and retention trends, and present findings to the leadership team with clear recommendations and insights •Drive and execute organisational effectiveness initiatives lead restructuring, culture transformation, and change programmes from design through to delivery. •Own the employee experience redesign the moments that matter using continuous feedback, journey mapping, and experimentation as an ongoing practice •Collaborate across the Nordic & Europe HR team contribute to shared practices, regional benchmarking, and peer learning alongside HRBP counterparts in other markets. What are we looking for? •A credible, commercially aware HR Business Partner with 7+ years’ experience in HR, owning and delivering across multiple business units — not just supporting them. •Ability to work autonomously and influence senior stakeholders, applying judgement that comes from years of operating at the intersection of people and business strategy •Deep expertise in Finnish employment labour law, collective agreements and change negotiations. •Proven experience in a fast-growth or international environment; SaaS, tech scale-up, or management consulting background strongly preferred. •A track record of strategic partnering at leadership team level you have influenced decisions and have been part of or leading a transformational project •Be able to provide examples using AI to create automation for HR work/HR Process •Hands-on people analytics experience with an automation-first mindset •Demonstrative experience of AI adoption and systematic integration within HR contexts, including active use of AI agents for task automation, workflow orchestration •Led or owned at least one significant transformation restructuring, outsourcing, culture change, •Full professional fluency in both Finnish and English; If you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry — we’re more interested in your potential and willingness to learn.
