Position Overview We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our operations in Mumbai/Thane. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director, this role acts as a key point of contact between HR and business stakeholders, ensuring people processes are implemented consistently and effectively. This is a hands-on HRBP role , focused on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support, while also contributing to broader people initiatives. You will work closely with managers to support engagement, compliance, and talent outcomes within a dynamic BPO environment. Key Responsibilities Core HR Business Partnering • Support business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational needs • Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Employee Relations & Performance • Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially • Support performance management processes, including coaching and corrective action • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment Talent & Workforce Support • Support talent management activities, including onboarding, development, and retention • Assist with change initiatives and people-related projects as the business evolves • Develop a solid understanding of the business to better support workforce needs HR Data & Continuous Improvement • Use HR data and reporting to identify trends and support informed decision-making • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience Qualifications Essential • Completed secondary schooling • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources • Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partner role • Working knowledge of performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders Core Attributes • Practical, solution-oriented approach to HR • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Results-focused with a collaborative mindset What We Offer • Work Model: Onsite role based in Thane / Mumbai • Development: Exposure to business partnering, mentorship, and growth opportunities • Culture: Collaborative, inclusive, and people-first • Opportunity: A chance to build a strong HR foundation within a growing global organisation ________ Quantanite is an equal opportunity employer.
