The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP serves as a change agent and employee champion, delivering value-added service to management and employees in areas such as performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. This position requires an adept professional capable of understanding challenges and opportunities, objectives, and culture that can convert strategies into action and drives change management initiatives to ensure acceptance and implementation. Including participation in company sponsored events Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal laws Partner with regional HR colleagues, where applicable, to support cross-functional initiatives
