We're looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across multiple countries, including Slovakia, the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Morocco, Poland, Turkey , and more. This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in recruitment coordination, HR systems, and data analysis while studying. Your Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple countries and time zones • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) – updating candidate records, managing statuses, and maintaining data accuracy • Assist with collecting, organising, and reviewing recruitment statistics and data for the HR department • Help prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HR team • Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview logistics • Support global mobility processes and general HR administrative tasks as needed • Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's level) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel) • Good communication skills in English ; additional languages are a plus • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different time zones • Interest in HR, recruitment, or international business • Previous experience with an ATS is a plus, but not required – we'll train you!
