Coordinate with employees and department heads for attendance-related queries. 3. Handle contract labour management, including documentation, deployment, and compliance. 4. Oversee contractual manpower handling, onboarding, records maintenance, and coordination with contractors. 5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies related to contractual workers. 6. Manage canteen operations, including vendor coordination, hygiene standards, and employee satisfaction. 7. Oversee guest house management, bookings, upkeep, and vendor coordination. 8. Manage transport operations, including route planning, vendor management, and vehicle compliance. 9. Supervise housekeeping services, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality across premises. 10. Handle travel desk operations, including booking, accommodation, and employee travel coordination. 11. Prepare monthly MIS reports for HR and administrative activities.
