Requirements We are the dedicated internal Temporary Service for Georgetown University.  We partner with departments to assist them with filling their temporary and temp-to-hire staffing needs. Our mission is to provide first-class customer service, highly skilled candidates, and the best and most cost effective temporary staffing solutions for University departments. Prospective Temporary employees Becoming a Hoya Staffing temp offers you a chance to become a part of a pre-screened and qualified pool of diverse candidates who are ready to fill a variety of full-time or part-time temporary assignments throughout the university. It also gives you the opportunity to u nderstand the work environment at Georgetown University, and gain experience that may be beneficial as you apply for regular full time positions at the university. T emporary assignments are diverse in scope and can last from one day to many months. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are interested in entry level and mid-level positions within a University setting. Requirements: • A minimum of two to four years of progressively responsible administrative or office support experience • Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred • Excellent organizational, communication and written skills • Ability to prioritize and handle confidential information • Ability to work alone or with others • Must be professional and courteous • Strong customer service skills required • Punctuality and attention to detail are essential • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word and Powerpoint • Access to a computer or mobile device to enter online timesheets To apply to become a part of the Hoya Staffing candidate pool, please submit your application through our online applicant system.
