Job description We are currently working in partnership with a reputable Housing Association who are looking to appoint a Housing Officer on a part-time, permanent basis to cover their Gloucester patch. This will be 2.5 days per week (18.75 hours, choosing your own days), and they are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The salary is between £33,000 – 34,000 as a full-time equivalent (to be pro-rata’d) The role is home-to-patch , managing your own diary, ensuring regular visits to a case load of just 45 tenants. Alongside building strong relationships with tenants, you'll be responsible for general tenancy management, including sign-ups, tenancy sustainment, estate inspections, addressing anti-social behaviour, supporting residents through changes in circumstances, liaising with partner agencies, and helping ensure communities remain safe and well managed .
