Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Context The Housekeeping Valet - Luxury Rooms will support the Rooms Division at Atlantis The Royal by helping create immaculate, comfortable, and memorable guest stay experiences. Depending on skills and experience, candidates may be considered for future full-time opportunities such as Guest Rooms Valet, Guest Rooms Inspector, or Runner. The role requires close coordination with housekeeping, front office, engineering, guest services, and surrounding resort teams to anticipate guest needs, complete room-related tasks efficiently, and maintain the refined standards expected in an ultra-luxury resort. Core Duties * Prepare, refresh, and support guest rooms, suites, corridors, service areas, and assigned rooms division spaces according to luxury housekeeping standards. * Assist with guest room valet duties including amenity delivery, room supplies, linen support, guest requests, and room readiness tasks. * Inspect rooms and guest areas where assigned to ensure cleanliness, presentation, supplies, maintenance condition, and comfort standards are fully met. * Work as a runner when required by delivering linens, amenities, equipment, guest items, and operational materials across rooms division areas. * Respond to guest requests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion while maintaining a natural and anticipatory service approach. * Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, guest services, front office, engineering, and laundry teams to support smooth daily operations. * Identify and report maintenance issues, damaged items, cleanliness concerns, missing supplies, lost property, or guest feedback to the relevant team. * Maintain organized housekeeping pantries, trolley areas, storage spaces, and back-of-house support zones. * Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, high-occupancy periods, urgent room turnarounds, and priority guest requirements. * Follow safety, hygiene, guest privacy, key control, lost and found, chemical handling, and security procedures during every shift. * Manage multiple tasks during busy periods while maintaining accuracy, calm communication, and attention to small details. * Help create surprise and delight moments by noticing guest preferences and supporting personalized room experiences. * Represent Atlantis Resorts with polished grooming, teamwork, accountability, and a consistent commitment to guest comfort. Ideal Profile * 1-2 years of housekeeping, guest room valet, room inspection, runner, or rooms division experience in an international hotel. * Proven ability to work in a luxury hotel, resort, serviced residence, or high-standard hospitality environment. * Strong attention to detail with a clear understanding of cleanliness, room presentation, and guest comfort expectations. * Excellent communication skills with confidence when dealing with diverse international guests and colleagues. * Team player who can support surrounding departments and follow operational guidance from supervisors. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, urgent requests, and changing priorities during busy resort operations. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, reliability, and respect for guest privacy. * Good physical stamina to stand, walk, move supplies, and complete room-related support tasks throughout the shift. * Flexible approach to working shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods. * Service-minded personality with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver thoughtful support before being asked.
