The successful candidate will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service with attention to detail. Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hotel policies and health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely room readiness and efficient guest services. Manage housekeeping budgets, control inventory, and order necessary supplies. Handle guest feedback and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience as Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Familiarity with health and safety standards and housekeeping best practices.
