As a not-for-profit organisation, we are passionate about putting the patient first and we are committed to developing a five-star hospital which will set new standards in clinical care and patient experience in South West Wales. 3 x 5-hour shifts with flexibility to work up to 7.5 hours per shift and additional hours to cover annual leave and sickness. The shifts will be on four-week rota basis, alternating between earlies (6am start) and lates (10pm finish)HMT recognises that its staff represent the single most important lever in delivering quality care and change as care and treatments evolve.
