When not on the road get behind the scenes look at a thriving business and serving at local churches.     We are looking for someone who: - is wanting a great "field experience" for their first steps in the integration field of AV working with churches - coachable / teachable  - team player - knows they want to be in the AV industry and/or working at a church - isn't afraid of travel and long days   All Leadership Pathway residents are paid a small amount and housing is provided.   We love undergrad, graduate students, or post-education.  It doesn't matter to us where in your journey you are ... we'll walk with you.
